• Impex Fashions do not accept any retail order.

• Customers must create an account at www.impexfashions.com to see the entire range of fashion jewelry product range along with their wholesale prices.

• The minimum order must be 200US$ for wholesale purchase. There is no MOQ, customer can make 200US$ orders with assorted items displayed on the website.

• During wholesale shopping, please select the sizes, colors, etc of your selected products as per your requirement, we deliver the exact and 100% accurate pieces of stuff as mentioned on your order list.

• We accept credit cards/debit cards payment via Paypal only, If a customer wants to make payment through cards, please select Paypal in the payment options during checkout. If the customer wishes to pay by some other options, please contact Impex Fashions Customer support at support@impexfashions.com

• If you have any coupon code/gift voucher, you must be used during the checkout procedure of your cart.

• Free Shipping is available only when Impex Fashions offers. Free Shipping Eligible for a few countries only, please check the Shipping page for details.

• The wholesale Discount slab may change on time to time basis, we advise checking our Discount & Offers page

• If we find any item in your order list, defective/damaged/not in stock during order processing, Impex Fashions will send a notification into your registered email address with a request to provide alternate items worth of the same value. Impex Fashions will be waiting for your email to process your order further. If Impex Fashions do not receive an email on that request, we will arrange a very similar product or the same products in different colors.

• We advise you the enter/verify your address very carefully in the shipping address box, especially during the checkout procedure. Enter a valid phone number and zip code.  Impex Fashions just copy and paste your address to deliver your shipment to your doorstep. If any incorrect information is entered, there might be difficulties to deliver the goods by our logistic partners.

• If anything damage is received in the customer's consignment must be informed to the Impex Fashions support team at support@impexfashions.com within 24 hours after receiving the goods. The email should be the attachment of damaged items with their item codes.  If you failed to inform within 24 hours, your email will not be considered for any damaged issues.

• If anything damaged received and same has been considered by the Impex Fashions support team, the same amount will be credited to your Impex Fashions account, the Account Credit amount will be deducted from the total invoice amount automatically on your next purchase with Impex Fashions. No, a coupon code is required.

• Impex Fashions don't have any damaged return and refund policy. Account Credit is available and there is no expiry date of account credits.
